Laci Le Beau® Super Dieter’s Tea® is an effective, all natural beverage to help maintain your weight management goals.

Everyone is unique—you should start with a small amount of Super Dieter’s Tea and gradually increase your intake. As with any new weight management program, it’s always best to check first with your health care provider. Laci’s Top Ten Dieter’s Tips

  1. Get support: Check with your physician before starting any weight management plan.

  2. Make a commitment: Permanent weight loss requires time and effort. Commit to lifelong changes for good health.

  3. Set realistic goals: Healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week.

  4. Eat often, don’t skip meals: Eat small, frequent meals to efficiently burn calories. Skipping meals causes you to store fat rather than burn it.

  5. Enjoy healthier foods: Choose fresh, organic fruits & vegetables; grass-fed meats; nuts & seeds; and whole grains.

  6. Cut out the junk: Avoid or minimize sugary, fatty, processed, and sodium-rich foods.

  7. Get active and stay active: Exercise a minimum of 30 minutes, 3-5 days a week.

  8. Stay hydrated: Drink a minimum of eight 8oz. glasses of water/day to help your body function best and help control hunger.

  9. Give your body the nutrition it needs: Take a daily multivitamin such as Natrol® Gummies’ Multivitamins.

  10. Keep a positive mental outlook: Don’t be too hard on yourself. Being healthy should be fun!
